• Hold the position for four breath rounds, repeating twice on each side.

• Repeat eight times on each side.

Half a Roll Back

• Start sitting tall with your knees bent, heels digging into the floor and arms outstretched in front.

• Inhale to lengthen the spine.

• Exhale and roll the pelvis underneath you and backwards, as if you are trying to get your lower back to touch the floor.

• Pull the abdominal muscles in tightly.

• Inhale and hold the position.

• Exhale to roll back up to sitting.

• Repeat eight times.
